Day 14 of 100

Monday, May 4th, 2009

I am in a hotel in Dickson, TN and I am going to attempt to stay on track. I weighed myself and I lost two more pounds last week. My diet was not as strict last week. I did o.k. overall but if I really want to lose weight I have to do better. I’m gonna limit my calories to 2500 a day and keep going hard on the workouts.
