Day 10 of 100
Thursday, April 30th, 2009I am worn out. Went to the gym and basketball for about 2 hours today. Yesterday I was slacking on my fitness. I didn’t workout at all and I went out and drank some beer with a co-worker. I’ll make up for it tommorrow by putting in two workouts and eating well. Overall I must say that I have more energy and I don’t feel as bloated since I started working out hard. I don’t know if my body has changed a whole lot and my weight hasn’t dropped much this week but I feel better. Sticking with the program will yield success. Gotta hit that 250 mark by June so I gotta up the cardio and reduce my overall caloric intake.
