Bad Month
I have been on a mission to put on as much weight and size as possible especially in my incredibly lacking legs. At the end of April i was up to 197 lbs from 180 in Jan. My legs were beginning to show signs of improvement. On April 28th i blew out my knee. Tearing my ACL, MCL, and both medial and lateral sides of my meniscus. I had surgery on May 12th. My quad and calf of my left leg went into complete muscle atrophy from no use. If that wasn’t bad enough 2 weeks out of surgery i was in the hospital again with pancreatitis. For two days i could not eat or drink. I’m now back down to 176 and about to go into a depression haha. Oh well, I just have to think of it as a challenege and come back even stronger than before.

Stay focused buddy. Even after all the lsot weight and medical problems, you still have an awesome look. Clearly fitness model material. I bet you are great at MMA also.
I’ve coached and judged bbing and wrestling but now am doing a reasearch project for my doctorate on how wreslters and MMA learn problem solving differently than most athletes. Would love to have you participate. Plus, that background will give you more ability to overcome the current adversity. Hang in there AJ. hit me up matthew516@hotmail.com

Stay up man…don’t let the injury bring you down. You are exactly right…this is just a set-back, and a challenge, that you’ll overcome!
