I started What I thought was a Keto diet but a few member suggested that I try reducing carbs and work toward 50-25-25 protein, carbs, fat. Most of all, however, I see that <strong><em>planning is the key. </em></strong>To night when get home from work I will plan my meals for the week to ensure success!!!!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Well I just got back from a sales meeting in Vegas and I ate like crap! I was able to lift a little however. I am continuing with &#34;The Beast&#34; workout that I got from this site. It is a 4 day total body workout. I have a lot of weight to loose.
