Struggling with Diet
I have always been able to put in a good workout but diets have been a struggle in the past. I started What I thought was a Keto diet but a few member suggested that I try reducing carbs and work toward 50-25-25 protein, carbs, fat. Most of all, however, I see that planning is the key. To night when get home from work I will plan my meals for the week to ensure success!!!!

Having a plan in place helps to eliminate the guess work. Get and stay on track and you will reach your goals.
