I have always been able to put in a good workout but diets have been a struggle in the past. I started What I thought was a Keto diet but a few member suggested that I try reducing carbs and work toward 50-25-25 protein, carbs, fat. Most of all, however, I see that planning is the key. To night when get home from work I will plan my meals for the week to ensure success!!!!

Well I just got back from a sales meeting in Vegas and I ate like crap! I was able to lift a little however. I am continuing with "The Beast" workout that I got from this site. It is a 4 day total body workout. I have a lot of weight to loose.
