injuries
ok, so here’s the deal. right now i’m in a bulking phase trying to bring my lean mass up to 235. now that the background is out of the way, i lifted legs today and they are not progressing as much as the rest of my body. so what right? happens to everyone, lagging bodyparts, yackity smackity. well about six weeks ago, i tore my right hamstring. that sucker balled up right in my mid thigh. hurt like crazy. the bruising finally went away a week ago. now, because i had to take so much time off to let it heal, my legs are weak compared to what i’m used to. it’s frustrating as hell…
