I started my diet this morning and I am about to do the first day work out of my p90x program. I hope I can stay on track and not let any obstacles get in my way.

I feel like the biggest blimp in the world. I wish I could transform from one day to the next but I know that can’t happen. I hope to start my p90x on the first day of this new and stay motivated. I hope to find people here that will write and call me to continue the motivation. I find it hard because everybody around me does notvmind their body like I do so they don’t know what I am going through and can’t be good motivation for me.

As the year comes to an end, the start of a new one begins. I lost weight this past year and felt great but then if got to my head and I fell off the wagon. Glad I did not gain my weight back but had I stuck to it I would have had a drastic change. I find that my hardest part is I have nobody that can help me with the motivation. People just know how to put me down and tell me I am crazy for not liking what I have now. I hope with this new year and new start I can find friends here that can help with the motivation. I plan to start p90x on the 1st since I paid a lot of money for it. After the 90 days I want to hit the gym full force and not stop.

This is my first day on bodybuilding.com after seeing the website on a magazine I bought. The past few months I started on Herbalife and lost a total of 30lbs. Now that I lost all this weight I took a break from being on the diet and now can’t get back on to being faithfull. I have started a excercise class but I feel that is not going to help me reach my goal of being fat free. I know you can’t get a perfect body from one day to the next but I just don’t know what to do and what to eat to get there. Looking for somebody maybe to be like a guide partner in helping me reach this goal of mine and having a nice body. So can anybody help?
