getting serious
So today..sunday at the urging of my good friend who’s in Iraq, I’m going to get my skinny butt off my couch and will hit the store for some muscle building foods and the gym! If anybody has any muscle building tips for a skinny guy with a high metabolism then I’m all eyes and ears!
