I have a few people get upset with me saying God Bless when I post or leave comments. I cannot understand that. If they are not religious that is fine, but why would this upset them. If they don’t believe in God they should not care. Me saying God Bless to me is a good thing. I hope for the best for every person I meet. I am not forcing them to believe in God or go to church or pray. If they do not like it they can always delete me from their friends list or just ignore it. I hope everyonr has a great day. God Bless you and God Bless America

If anyone has some suggestions for a good low impact cardio routine it would be greatly appreciated. I have heard that the best low impact cardio is swimming. I just don’t want to shell out the money for a membership unless it is going to really help. I am on a fixed budget right now, but my fitness is important to me. Thank you to all that reply. Have a great day.

Well I tried to hard to get back into cardio. Reinjured my knee it is still tender so no cardio for me. I am still lifting though so I’m thrilled about that. Today is back and bicep day so I am really glad. This is one of the days where my shoulder doesn’t really affect my ability to do the exercises that I need to do.
Had my cousins wedding last weekend. That was a good time had by all. Definitely wasn’t eating clean last weekend, but I’m back into it this week.
Everybody have a great day.

Well I hyper extended my knee this past weekend so I haven’t been doing any cardio. It is feeling better so I am going to start a new weight training split this today. I will still have to take it easy on the cardio, but I know that if I don’t do anything it will be really hard to get myself motivated to get back into it.
