started using p90x this week and let me tell you that is one hell of a work out my friends. 1 hr straight of punishment but you feel great after your done. also there is another workout program that the base has been doing for a while but i just found out about it crossfit. those workouts are insane. it takes about 20-30min per workout(35:30 for my first workout) it may seem like not alot of time to workout in but if you have tried one of these workouts then you know what im talking about. the other day i did 50 squats, 135lb. dealift for 15 reps 15 push ups and 20 situps and i thought that after the squats i was going to die. it took me about 22 min to complete but it felt great at the end. my legs felt like jelly and my whole body was shaking i love it. so i thought that i would let you guys and ladies know what i have been up to. if you would like to find out more about crossfit then go to there website www.crossfit.com and it will tell you everything that you need to know about it.
