I cant believe the improvements I have made in my overall health in just 10 weeks!! Not only do I feel better but I am less tired and have way more energy than I expected!! I have just two more weeks till I see my family again! I am excited to be going home!! This has been a long road and a learning experiance for me! Thank You to all of you who support me and have given advice so far!!

This week puts me 3 weeks from going home!! I cant wait to see my wife and kids again!! I have done fairly well in six months!! So far to date I have lost about 30 lbs! I have not reached all of my goals that I have set to make before I leave but that is ok, I have learned that this process is slow and takes time!! I am able to draw motivation from the goals I have made and the improvements to my health and appearance! I will continue to reach for my goals and see how far I can push myself to reach them!!

Arm Development is finally starting to show!! its not much but its there!! chest is starting to feel firmer as well!! i have to keep pushing only four weeks till I go home, I want to be the best I can be for my wife when I get home!!

I have more energy now than I did in high school! I am starting to like they way I look and feel! Week 7 brings more definition to the neck and shoulders. I need to work on the biceps more! Triceps are doing fairly well! I have started doing extra cardio after work to try to cut up!

This week i decided to push hard on heavy weight! i surprised myself by reaching my squat goall of 200# 10 reps!! now i have to set a new goal!! 250 by the time i leave but i have a feeling i might exceed that as well!! I have really stepped up my core exercises as well, need to tone the abs and slim the waist!! My wife is going to be very pleased with the results when i get home!!

Still not much change!! but I am definately feeling better about myself!! I am still shocked at how quickly your body can adapt to training and the need to go up in wieght when lifting!! my bench press still sucks but i am working on that, I have started doing pushups daily to help increase my Bench! I am setting a new goal of 165lbs for the bench by Oct 1st!! wish me luck!!

Week 4 brings no change in appearance, but an increase in energy and the will to push harder!! I may not look any better but I am starting to feel better!! Yesterday was my day off from the gym and I felt guilty for not going! I guess I am getting addicted like so many of you!! I am trying new supplements this week! So far the N.O.-Xplode seems to help with motivation and at the end of a set when I want to quit! The Cellmass I’m not quite sure what effects it has so far but I will continue to use it anyway! I am hovering between just under 200 and just above it, I cant wait till I am under and stay there!

I am inching closer to to 200lb mark! I stepped on the scale today and weighed in at 202.5, I am begining to think it wont take as long as I thought to reach my goal!

ok well, i spent the first 3 months of this deployment doing nothing but cardio! I have lost quite a bit of weight but have leveled off, so i decided it was time to start lifting!
