Started new workout and Diet!
Monday, March 19th, 2007Well last week I decided to start a new workout. The 3-Day Workout for Mass Program. After the 1st week it has given me amazing results. Increased my Bench by 10kg which was a good gain but I dont expect that every week. Slowly getting Bigger. Today I have started a diet, I am looking to improve it as I start learning more and will be following it strictly.
I have given up drinking for now and also will not be taking drugs. lol
So anyways, I shall update next week about my gains and see how I am progressing.
