Started new workout and Diet!
Well last week I decided to start a new workout. The 3-Day Workout for Mass Program. After the 1st week it has given me amazing results. Increased my Bench by 10kg which was a good gain but I dont expect that every week. Slowly getting Bigger. Today I have started a diet, I am looking to improve it as I start learning more and will be following it strictly.
I have given up drinking for now and also will not be taking drugs. lol
So anyways, I shall update next week about my gains and see how I am progressing.

It’s always nice to read about someone giving up the sh*t in life that has no benefit to our body whatsoever other than destruction. Congradulation and good luck with the mass gain. The eating will certainly be fun. Del
