Looking for Advice
Wednesday, November 5th, 2008My splits for workouts are chest/tris, back/bis, and shoulder/legs. I do three exercises for each body part and three sets per exercise. Im curious if I could increase my exercises to four for my back and chest and reduce it to two exercises for my tris and bis. It just doesnt seem like my chest and back get worked enough. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
