Looking for Advice
My splits for workouts are chest/tris, back/bis, and shoulder/legs. I do three exercises for each body part and three sets per exercise. Im curious if I could increase my exercises to four for my back and chest and reduce it to two exercises for my tris and bis. It just doesnt seem like my chest and back get worked enough. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

try a 4 or 5 day split.
1 chest and calves
2 back( heavy, nothing but rowing exercises and dead lifts), abs
3 bis, tris
off
4 back width( all pulldown type exercises), delts
5 legs
off
repeat
chest 4 exercises 3-4 sets
heavy back 3-4 exercises 3-4 sets
arms 3 exercises each 3-4 sets
back width 4 exercises 3-4 sets
delts 3-4 exercises 3-4 sets
legs 5 exercises 4 sets
and do 8-12 reps for everything except calves which should be 12-14 reps
rest about 2-3 minutes if try to bulk up and 45 sec- 1 min if trying to get cut up.
