I got my sampler pack of Optimum 100% Gold Standard, and let me tell you, some of those flavors are amazing! The Extreme Milk Chocolate was really good! But the best so far was the Orange Cream. It tasted just like a creamsicle. It says it is a limited edition flavor, so I might buy like 10 pounds of it! I will keep you guys updated as I try more of them. Not too excited about Chocolate Mint, Anybody want me to mail it to them? lol!!

Ok, so me and Mike are training this morning. Note that he is the only personal trainer and everyone pretty much stays out of his way when he is obviously working with someone.
This morning, he had me set up on a back circuit with like 20 seconds rests. Lat pulldowns, narrow rows, wide rows, and a narrow pulldown. Ok, so these two jackoffs decide that they want to do cable crossovers right in the middle of our little station thing we had going on. Mind you, even in our small gym, we have 3 main station thingys. There were like 2 people doing cardio on the other side. And that was it. Why would you come right smack dab in the middle of where 2 people are obviously doing personal and invade the space, when there are 2 other stations you could go?

Does anyone else think this is rude and annoying? I was like, "Whatever, I don’t care.", but Mike was pissed. Maybe he had too many SF Red Bulls? lol
