					<description>This is an interesting discussion. I agree, tracking weight is less productive than tracking bodyfat. I just did my weekly measure and discovered that I lost about 1/2&amp;amp;#34; in my waist (which is cool), but my weight is the same--its been 175 for quite a while now. I am getting leaner and better defined (I think) and this is really what is driving me at this point. Actually, I think this is catching on, based on the body builds I see at my fitness center.</description>

					<description>amen to that-I will send this blog to many of my friends. I have thrown out the scale ONE YEAR ago and it's the best thing that I've ever done. Oh, I also got rid of clothes size 16, 12, 12, 10, etc!!!

					<description>Very well put! I hate trying to tell friends who pretty much starve themselves to loose weight, that 3 -5 lbs a week isn't healthy. But they think i'm nuts</description>
