I guess I get somewhat emotional about all of this at times. It can be quite depressing. 

I decided to take some full body pics of myself Sunday afternoon in a bikini thinking they couldn’t be that bad….or could they???

When I looked at the pics….reality struck me….all I was thininking is….OMG….what have I done to myself!? I couldn’t believe (or I guess I didn’t want to believe) that I really looked like that! I just wanted to cry!

As hard as it may be, I’m trying to turn this "moment of truth" into motivation.

Do you feel me on this one??? Ever been there??
