Great leg workout this morning…Had a trainer approach me at the gym and said come in for a freebie and see what you think.  I said sure and I definitly liked his style.  I’m going to start training 2-3 days a week w/ him and he’s hooking me up w/ Mike Davies, (to get a diet), who trains him…sounds great to me.  Finally someone to hold me accountable.  I look forward to this b/c I’m going to be able to train harder and it makes me get out of bed earlier to meet him at the gym.  So now I won’t have to rely on quickie workouts on my lunch break.  So glad to be getting back on track…things are going well…maintaining weight well Finally, now it’s time to start losing again…still not where I should be.  Still looking for camera cord…new pics are a coming I promise.  keep up the great work everyone.

I’m really liking the Beverly International Lean out…seems so to be working great.  I’ve been doing well with my diet even though I’m allowing myself to be a little more lienent.  I also have not weighed myself since last week.  Trying to leave more time in between so i’m not being a psycho about.  It’s working well b/c I keep looking better each day and i can see and feel the difference in my clothes and how my legs are leaning out.  Very good things and remember vote for me to be the next Ironman Spokesmodel.  Keep training hard!!!

3 days till photo shoot can’t wait super excited.  Huge strides over the past 2-3 weeks.  I’m hangin out about 133…still a little heavier then I’d like but it’s looking great for now…stomach is flatter than when I weight less so I’m holding weight else where for once.  I’m ok with that. Doing an all oatmeal and shake diet today and tomorrow to help dry out and drop a few extra pounds before shoot. I do not recommend this for people unless they are prepping for a show or shoot.  Otherwise I’m really liking the Lean out it seems to be keeping me steady.  I’ll add the stimerex ES back in soon because that really helps keep my energy up and cut back down.  I’ll be there soon.  stay tuned should be a few weeks and I’ll have the shoot photos posted.  Keep training hard everyone!!!

Well i’ve really got a lot to update everyone on.  I am no longer competing b/c I had a bad reaction to something i was taking mixed with the stress of diet exercise, child, shitty work schedule pannign a wedding and moving.  yeah i think that’s it…..hah..so i had a really bad rash all over my face and pretty much looked like a freak in my opinion.  so i am post poning competing until my life simmers a lil bit.  but i am still working out and am going to go back to my normal healthy eating this week….i had to enjoy myself a little.  :)   I am hanign out at about 122 which is lower than I was before i started training…it’s amazing what getting rid of some stress will do for your body.  I also am continuing to train with low weight high rep b/c it’s giving me teh leaner look i want instead of high weight low rep and being bulkier…not that i minded but i’ll look better in my wedding dress this way.  It’s still fun that i’m stronger than all the guys at work…for example when I squated a 31×15 foot piece of carpet into a bay over my head while three people stood there watching w/ their jaws on the floor.  but any who keep training any one and see you all soon.

Ok here it goes it’s the morning I start all of my training I am super excited and realized that I should have mentioned a few things like I’m also a personal trainer and what all my measurements are. My biceps are 14″, waist is 27.5″, hips are 34″, right thigh is 19.75″, left thigh is between 19.5″ and 19.75″. Left and right Calf is 13.5″. I took these myself so we’ll track how they change over the next few weeks. I also weighed in at 125 on the nose….Good luck everyone!!

Ok here it goes…I took my first set of pre contest photos earlier today…I have my diet, and supplements ready to go.. Sat down and packaged out my meals for the next week in advance..I am so ready to do this…also I have a thread started on musculardevelopment.com so if you are on there also add me I am figuremom.  I am very excited to FINALLY start my training adn all at the perfect time.  My ex is giving over full custody and rights so I should be able to move when all said and done and start doing what I do best….training…htank goodness.  Well wish me luck and I will have my supplement list, diet and begining stats up soon…good luck everyone.

Again I’m sitting at work, kind of bored, I have not motivation today.  I still need to decide what to get my boyfriend for valentines day?!! I’ll figure it out soon I hope.  Diet is still going pretty well.  I’m still seeing more change in my definition but my body fat percentage won’t budge and I just discovered I"m not where I thought I was…ugh.  I’m definitly at a plataue, can’t wait until the Arnold so I can get a bunch of supplements and decide which one I like the best.  That is going to be the only way that I can get past this plataue.  All well have to do what I have to do.  Training is going well, seeing large increases in strength and cardio.  My heart rate is definitly showing it.  Just a few minutes ago it was 52 bpm, not to shabby for being half way through the day…I really need to check my true resting one of these mornings….all well I’ll get to it eventually.  Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!!

OMG it has been so long since I have been on here.  I’ve been very busy and stressed you know the usual.  I have been doing really well with my workouts, very creative and more fun.  I have also decided that I am going to submit a video and try out for American Gladiators….I know that I could do some serious damage on that show, it’ll be awesome if I make it!!!  I’m also going to be headed to the Arnold Classic this weekend.  This is gonna be awesome, it’s my first time attending….maybe someday i’ll get to compete there…they’d be sweet!! The stress will soon be gone because Feb 7 is my court date so I can finally get full custody of my son, as long as everything goes well.  I am trying to stay positive, so hopefully all my hard work will finally pay off!! Good luck everyone.
