Workouts have been great, except when I was in MN.  Going to have Davies w/ the fitness factory work me up a diet and cardios this weekend.  Depending how these pics look I may be putting them up.  I can see great size in my shoulders and arms, especially when a blazer I just bought a few weeks ago doesn’t fit anymore…lol.  But my legs and mid section are still thick!!!  Ugh.  This diet will definitly kick my ass in to gear.  But until next time keep up the great work everyone.

Great shoulder workout today…I think I’ll actually be sore…my shoulders havn’t been sore in years…I seriously can’t even tell you the last time they were sore.  But definitly seeing great changes.  Stomach much flatter…clothes fitting better.  I’ve been really working on my diet, lets keep it coming…ooooohhh babay!!! LOL can’t wait to compete again

Great leg workout this morning…Had a trainer approach me at the gym and said come in for a freebie and see what you think.  I said sure and I definitly liked his style.  I’m going to start training 2-3 days a week w/ him and he’s hooking me up w/ Mike Davies, (to get a diet), who trains him…sounds great to me.  Finally someone to hold me accountable.  I look forward to this b/c I’m going to be able to train harder and it makes me get out of bed earlier to meet him at the gym.  So now I won’t have to rely on quickie workouts on my lunch break.  So glad to be getting back on track…things are going well…maintaining weight well Finally, now it’s time to start losing again…still not where I should be.  Still looking for camera cord…new pics are a coming I promise.  keep up the great work everyone.

So I had my bodyfat done today by a trainer at the gym.  He had me at 15.29% bodyfat, I almost laughed at him, yet when I punched it into a couple different calculaters online it had me at 20%…so I’m going in the middle at 18%.  He also did my circumferential measurements, wow I’m so sad about those but that’s what happens when your out of the gym for a while.  All well the arm measurement looks way off but 14 was flexing and 11.7 was relaxed so that’s prolly about the same.  keep up the hard work everyone.

3 days till photo shoot can’t wait super excited.  Huge strides over the past 2-3 weeks.  I’m hangin out about 133…still a little heavier then I’d like but it’s looking great for now…stomach is flatter than when I weight less so I’m holding weight else where for once.  I’m ok with that. Doing an all oatmeal and shake diet today and tomorrow to help dry out and drop a few extra pounds before shoot. I do not recommend this for people unless they are prepping for a show or shoot.  Otherwise I’m really liking the Lean out it seems to be keeping me steady.  I’ll add the stimerex ES back in soon because that really helps keep my energy up and cut back down.  I’ll be there soon.  stay tuned should be a few weeks and I’ll have the shoot photos posted.  Keep training hard everyone!!!

Great news made it through the weekend staying at 135….but I think my scale is seriously off b/c I made huge strides through the weekend…lost a couple of inches everywhere and clothes are actually fitting again.  My waist is almost back to normal and legs are much slimmer.  But all well…definilty feeling much better about the shoot this weekend and even contemplating competing in November.  I’ve also been getting more creative with the foods that I use.  Stuffed green peppers, but use lean ground turkey and no bread crumbs…worked great, filling and low calorie, low carb, high protein can’t wait it.  I’m going to work on perfecting the recipe and then I’ll post it, along with my turkey meatball one.  And I was going to post pics and I can’t find my camera cord…i’m still figuring out a way around that one.  stay tuned.

Ok so I’m stuck at 133 lbs now. WTF!!!!   I might have to add some more carbs during the day b/c i’m draggin ass at work and my body is so jacked up from all the up and down dieting.  I need to take a few months to eat healthy and clean while packing back on the muscle I’ve lost and fix my metabolism before next season.  still doing the shoot though it’s a great way to track my progress and jumpstart my weightloss.  will more than likely do some pics this weekend stay posted!!

Well it has been quite some time since I’ve blogged.  The wedding went wonderfully and the honeymoon was amazing.  I vow to never go all inclusive again b/c i gained way more weight then I needed to but…I have also added about 3 pounds of muscle since the competition so I am happy about that.  I start my diet and intense training regimine tommorrow.  I am super excited and way more prepared for this season.  I have a new diet and new cardio programs as well as a different lifting split.  I know that this program is going to work much better for me, there is more change and it was designed for me by a co-worker.  I swim, run, walk and run outside as well as hit the stairmill.  This should definitly keep me from getting bored.  I am going 4 weeks with no cheat and then a cheat and we are reevaluating from there.  Our goal is to get me lean enough that I will be able to cheat 1 time a week if needed a few weeks prior to the competition which is why we are starting so early.  I will be posting hopefully everyday to keep everyone posted so stay tuned and start pics will be coming soon……once I lean out a little bit…lol.  Any questions or comments feel free to post I love the feedback!

I competed on saturday and placed second behind a pro.  I was very pleased with my first performance ever.  I received extremely positive feedback from the judges.  They all said I’m built for this and that I shoudl definitly keep up with competing because I could have a very great career ahead of me.  I need to work on my butt and legs.  I know if I train a little longer and get a better diet…one that is more tailored to me things will go much better and I won’t be so bitchy.  So if any one works up figure diets please let me know I am willing to pay so long as it is tailored to me and is good.  But keep training everyone and best of luck…see you all soon!! also pics will be up soon.

YEs yes yes down to 118.4 sooo excited finally broke past 119 that’s always my sticking point. seing alot of great changes will hopefully get some pics done before this weekend b/c i won’t get the ones from this weekend for a few weeks.  i’m getting stoked for the Arnold can’t wait i’ll be down friday through sunday it’s going to be amazing…I must also do some job searchign b/c i HATE/LOATH lowes…stupid schedule keeps messing w/ my training and my family to top it all off.  but any who training is going great…suit fits a lil better than it did…but shoes should be here on thurdsay if not sooner…diet is going great.  well any ideas or thoughts just shoot em to me … but for now i must go shower adn get kota to school and me to work but,,,keep up training everone!!
