Great news made it through the weekend staying at 135….but I think my scale is seriously off b/c I made huge strides through the weekend…lost a couple of inches everywhere and clothes are actually fitting again. My waist is almost back to normal and legs are much slimmer. But all well…definilty feeling much better about the shoot this weekend and even contemplating competing in November. I’ve also been getting more creative with the foods that I use. Stuffed green peppers, but use lean ground turkey and no bread crumbs…worked great, filling and low calorie, low carb, high protein can’t wait it. I’m going to work on perfecting the recipe and then I’ll post it, along with my turkey meatball one. And I was going to post pics and I can’t find my camera cord…i’m still figuring out a way around that one. stay tuned.
