Sunday, June 28th, 2009Well it has been quite some time since I’ve blogged. The wedding went wonderfully and the honeymoon was amazing. I vow to never go all inclusive again b/c i gained way more weight then I needed to but…I have also added about 3 pounds of muscle since the competition so I am happy about that. I start my diet and intense training regimine tommorrow. I am super excited and way more prepared for this season. I have a new diet and new cardio programs as well as a different lifting split. I know that this program is going to work much better for me, there is more change and it was designed for me by a co-worker. I swim, run, walk and run outside as well as hit the stairmill. This should definitly keep me from getting bored. I am going 4 weeks with no cheat and then a cheat and we are reevaluating from there. Our goal is to get me lean enough that I will be able to cheat 1 time a week if needed a few weeks prior to the competition which is why we are starting so early. I will be posting hopefully everyday to keep everyone posted so stay tuned and start pics will be coming soon……once I lean out a little bit…lol.
