Weighed in today at 120.8…down a bit but slow and steady is good.
Just got done w/ legs and cardio….here’s the workout
Leg press 4×15(110)
Split stance squats 4×15 (15)
Calf raises on Leg press 4×15 (110)
Leg Extensions 3×15 (25)
Hammie Curls 3×15 (20)
Hip ABD 3×15 (50,60,60)
Hip Ext 3×15 (50,60,60)
Hip ADD 3×15 (20,20,20)
Single Leg Dead Lifts w/ leg raise 3×8 (25 lb DB each hand)
Walking lunges 3×24 (12 total on each leg each set)
It felt great had a nice pump…cardio was B-O-R-I-N-G…also changed my almonds to natural peanut butter working much better…i’m not gonna yammie any more..haha Well good luck everyone
