I’m going to start posting my workouts so any thoughts on things i could add or do differently let me know here was my arm day from today…
Single arm tricep pushdowns 3×15 (17.5)
Preacher curls Single arm 3×15 (20)
Skull Crushers 3×15 (55)
Regular Curls 3×15 (20,15,15)
Cable Straight bar curls 3×15 (36)
Overhead DB tricep extensions 3×15 (25)
Hammer Curls 3×15 (20,15,15)
Lying Single arm tricep extensions (prone grip) 3×15 (15,12.5,12.5)
Incline curls 1 set of 13 (15)
Than hit training and 25 min elliptical.
Also I hate almonds…omg so if anyone knows of anything I can substitute for my pre contest diet that’d be great…also weighed in at 121 even. better be down tommorrow..haha good luck and let me know wat you find out

just find another nut you like that has similar macros to almonds.
13 sets for bi’s and 12 for tri’s? that’s pretty damn good volume for a gal
I do 18 a piece….oh and question, are those supersets or do you just alternate exercises between bi’s and tris?
it’s personal preference obviously but i like to do all my bi’s and then all my tri’s…i feel like i get a better pump in both of them that way. I switch back and forth as to which bodypart I do first on arm day too

I switch back adn forth..like mini circuits with 30 seconds at the most for a rest..i do it this way to help burn more calories and tone up quicker
