Ok here it goes it’s the morning I start all of my training I am super excited and realized that I should have mentioned a few things like I’m also a personal trainer and what all my measurements are. My biceps are 14″, waist is 27.5″, hips are 34″, right thigh is 19.75″, left thigh is between 19.5″ and 19.75″. Left and right Calf is 13.5″. I took these myself so we’ll track how they change over the next few weeks. I also weighed in at 125 on the nose….Good luck everyone!!
