Weighed in today at 120.8…down a bit but slow and steady is good. 

Just got done w/ legs and cardio….here’s the workout

Leg press 4×15(110)
Split stance squats 4×15 (15)
Calf raises on Leg press 4×15 (110)

Leg Extensions 3×15 (25)
Hammie Curls 3×15 (20)

Hip ABD 3×15 (50,60,60)
Hip Ext 3×15 (50,60,60)
Hip ADD 3×15 (20,20,20)

Single Leg Dead Lifts w/ leg raise 3×8 (25 lb DB each hand)
Walking lunges 3×24 (12 total on each leg each set)

It felt great had a nice pump…cardio was B-O-R-I-N-G…also changed my almonds to natural peanut butter working much better…i’m not gonna yammie any more..haha  Well good luck everyone

I had a carb up night last night so i din’t lose ladn stayed at 121 should lose some tonight though.  Today was my off lifting day so i did 24 minute HIT on treadmill and 25 min on elliptical…boring but all well…one week down 15 left…haha wow seems like forever but not really it’ll fly especially since the holidays

I’m going to start posting my workouts so any thoughts on things i could add or do differently let me know here was my arm day from today…

Single arm tricep pushdowns 3×15 (17.5)
Preacher curls Single arm 3×15 (20)

Skull Crushers 3×15 (55)
Regular Curls 3×15 (20,15,15)

Cable Straight bar curls 3×15 (36)
Overhead DB tricep extensions 3×15 (25)

Hammer Curls 3×15 (20,15,15)
Lying Single arm tricep extensions (prone grip) 3×15 (15,12.5,12.5)

Incline curls 1 set of 13 (15)
Than hit training and 25 min elliptical.

Also I hate almonds…omg so if anyone knows of anything I can substitute for my pre contest diet that’d be great…also weighed in at 121 even.  better be down tommorrow..haha  good luck and let me know wat you find out

Alright here it goes….diet…good workouts….good  cardio…sucks..but good..haha…I’m still at 120.8 probably b/c of my carb up day but that’s ok…i can deal w/ maintaining b/c i know i will lose slowly and steady while cutting…also if any one knows of any good websites to find figure comp suits let me know that’d be greatl.   getting more and more excited adn i also can’t wait to see who the new finalist are in the bodyspace model search…ps everyone vote for me…also there will be new progress pics very soon..few days!! yaya

Ok now a few days into the diet…going really well…i’m soo full…last night was my first carb up day..and OMG it took me an hour to eat everything….crazy..but I did lose 2 lbs from yesterday…I’m down about 5 so far…goign good…workouts have been good too..feels really weird switching to high rep low weight…shoulders are killing me but whatelse is new…haha all well it’s all for the cause right…well keep up the good work and good luck until next time.

Ok here it goes it’s the morning I start all of my training I am super excited and realized that I should have mentioned a few things like I’m also a personal trainer and what all my measurements are. My biceps are 14″, waist is 27.5″, hips are 34″, right thigh is 19.75″, left thigh is between 19.5″ and 19.75″. Left and right Calf is 13.5″. I took these myself so we’ll track how they change over the next few weeks. I also weighed in at 125 on the nose….Good luck everyone!!

Ok here it goes…I took my first set of pre contest photos earlier today…I have my diet, and supplements ready to go.. Sat down and packaged out my meals for the next week in advance..I am so ready to do this…also I have a thread started on musculardevelopment.com so if you are on there also add me I am figuremom.  I am very excited to FINALLY start my training adn all at the perfect time.  My ex is giving over full custody and rights so I should be able to move when all said and done and start doing what I do best….training…htank goodness.  Well wish me luck and I will have my supplement list, diet and begining stats up soon…good luck everyone.
