To start this blog I have to start by saying that my sun just asked why I have such big muscles. haha omg..He than said he’s got big ones too b/c he works out at the Y with me. Kids say the darndest things. I took this weekend off of training my shoulders have really been bothering me I needed to give them a rest before my training really begins. So I went to an amatuer mma fight…it was neat..i’m actually going to contact the gym and see if they would like more help w/ training their fighters. They need to lift way more and learn how to control what muscles they have. We will see what happens plus that’s just a more unique way that I can train on my goals. well good luck everyone..and vote fo rme for the new bodyspace spokesmodel…:)
