Pretty decent chest and tris workout today.. I should write a book on speed lifting 101 cuz damn am I good at it…haha. Only 45 minutes but got my whole workout in…no cardio today but all the sod cutting and rolling i’ve been doing will make up for that. Should have my hot tub in this weekend…yay!!! So it’s been a good workout day doing yardwork like this is definitly working the muscles a totally new way….should be sore tommorrow and the next day!!
