OH so it has been way to long since i was on here. I’ve been in the gym for over a week now and i’m never going that long again wihtout working out. I feel so much better and i didn’t lose as much strength as i thought i would’ve. I do love the feeling of being sore though. THis time around i’m being much pickier about how i’m working out. I’m targeting more specific body parts on some days than I used to and i can already see a difference…my boyfriend has even been going with me and even suggesting we go on days i figured he wouldn’t want to go…but that’s ok with me…ahha he’s pretty excited too b/c he’s getting a flatter tummy and his chest looking bigger….he’s excited to say the least. Maybe i’l get him into doing a competition with me…haha…doubt it. until next time enjoy your workouts as i’m getting ready to head there now!!
