And once again I’m bored at work, i’ve had a three and a half hour break, so I did 35 minutes cardio, and then lifted for an hour. Pretty good for being unexpected, granted I would have rather been getting paid but all well I needed the extra day. So far I’ve done cardio everyday and I will be able to make up my day of lifting from last week that I missed. Also getting a TRX Suspension certification this weekend, I’m very excited about that, CAN’T WAIT!! YAY!!! Diets going good, 1400 is working much better and I’ve actually been under that even…sweetness!!
