Ok I’m bored at work between the few clients that are coming in today….booo. Wow has my weight been out of wack, 5 pounds a week flucuation is a little more than i’d like. I’ve decided to up my calories a little bit to help decrease the amount of "cheating" I do on the weekends. I’m going to try 1400 and see how that works. Going to start hitting the cardio more as well since it’s getting nicer out finally. Hopefully it steadies out.
