This week has been awesome…I’ve actually been sore..it’s good to be sore every now and then and I was way over due. My body fat percentage keeps decreasing even htough my weight increased some….at least I know it was muscle and not fat. Workouts have been great and I"m so glad that I’m finally on a supplement. I need to get a vitamin now too though, I really should practice what I preach…all well.
