Todays workout was great. Actually the past couple of days have been awesome, i’ve gotten in alot more than I have in a while. Friday did legs, Sunday Cardio and upper and cardio and today the same. I’m gonna get 4 days of lifting in this week that makes me really excited. Seeing much bigger improvements and in only a week so glad I’m changing my diet. Much more protein and I"m not getting as hungry and i’m keeping the calories at my goal without losing it all in one day on the weekends. yay….also i’ve been taking stimerex, i like it alot and recommend it for any who is willing to take ephedra the right way.
