Friday, February 22nd, 2008Oh was todays workout kind of a struggle. My legs were dead from the stairclimber and 2 miles on a treadmill yesterday. Got two more in today and 30 minutes on an elliptical and managed to pussh through my leg workout…it was kind of rough. But I needed the stress relief and i had two classes that got cancelled that was nice so I was in there for 2 hours, longest in a while. i’m getting more lean, it’s finally working somewhat. have a good weekend everyone.
