Why I workout at HOME now.

It was shoulder day. I was pyramiding up the rack. My final set was coming up, so I went to grab the set of 30s (RACKED). Just then a BIG dude walks up from 10 feet away and says " HEY MAN , I WAS USING THOSE" . I sayed OH ,sorry, and left them alone( just so I won’t make the big dude made). He had no patience and said "never mind" and grabed some 40s which he then cracked out a very anger 20 or so times. So  I said to myself "forget this". Why do some people have to act like this?

Because they think they rule the gym or something????………..I admit myself that i hate it so much when i am suppersetting and walk from one machine to the other to find out somebody else have took my place, but i don’t say anything,i always have a backup plan and do the same excercise some other way.The gym is not place to get personal,is a public place,if those people can’t deal with it they shoulda stay at home, not you.

YES,back up plans ARE a must in any gym.We must always have a back up plan , incase we can’t do the exact workout we intended. I understand that it’s actually a very good thing to trick the body into new growth.this incident didn’t sit well in my stomach, because i would see this guy everyday at the gym, and i couldn’t change my time much.
