I go to the doctor as often as possible, but she's hot as hell! That and she lifts too, so she knows what I'm talking about. Glad to see that you found an answer. Keep up the hard work.

Hi Agymarm!

I totally agree with blind2limits-most doctors only treat symptoms and specific problems with no attention given to holistic and preventative health care. Chondroitin and Glucosamine are excellent joint 'vitamins' - I used to have the exact same pain that you are talking about and it only comes back when I stop taking the supplements for a long time :) If you want to learn about what they are - the book "The Arthritis Cure" is what brought it to public attention-good book. (can't remember the author's name-sorry!)

Hey blind2limits how are you? Thanks for answering my blog. Everytime i go to this one paticular doctor, he looks at me as if I'm making things up. That paticular time I went, he only gave me a perscription for pain pills. Then he said to come back if theres no change.Well there was no change, so I knew I had to go back and pay another copay to only what, have him patch me up. Well I guess I'm a little bitter from past experiences with doctors. Too many melpractice suits have made doctors overly cautious. They tend to not want to jump to any conclution.

One person said doctors are not here to cure you, they're here to treat you... which really are two totally different things. It sounds more like he just treated or patched up the problem instead of thinking of other possible ways to handle it.

Sometimes you have to be a bit more pressing. On top of that, many doctors aren't really trained outside of what medicinal treatments. Good thing you remembered what dad said. I was once told everyone needs to have a physician and a pharmacologist on call.

Best of progress to your squats and lack of chicken legs lol.
