Today research group sent me mail where they tell me that next week I will get diet diary and supplements what I must use.. I’m a little scared because they will take some specimens in my muscles. So first train takes four hours where I do some exercise and they take four specimens..I don’t know how painful this operation is when muscle specimen take..

it sounds like the research is going well….that does sound a little scary, though, about the muscle sample! the supplements and the diary sound like an interesting idea!
