Saturday, March 28th, 2009Yesterday lab exercise I did 15*1 sets maximum load. It was very nice exercise although I don`t like that they took four blood test again. I am a little scared what other people think as my arms arterys look like a junkie arms.. My preparation before exercise go off because I drunk coffee and water like normal day, but I don`t wrote this on my diet diary and now I have a little bad conscience..:( I have next lab exercise on next Thursday and then I will preparation better than yesterday.
I don`t know how yesterday exercise went, because my legs is not anything painful. I think whole yesterday exercise that this is so easy when every 1 rep set past I had three minutes rest. I dont know how powerful method it is when do 15*1 and 3 minutes rest..
