biopsy

Today I had lab day where group took biopsys in my both thighs and I did again 15*1 exercise. My leg force is build up very good whole time when I was did only research training program..it is a little miracle because this program is so easy and lightweight.. Maybe my muscles is not grow this type training but i’m still happy that something is happened..

At the moment my thighs are very painfuls but maybe some painkillers helps. This biopsy has took so huge nail deep in muscles and when I saw this nail I was think that what the f**k they will do for me..

Next biopsy will take 5.5 and this is last time when I do exercise in lab..

again 15*1 exercise..

Yesterday in lab I did again this 15*1 exercise and now I am a little confused, because my maximum result has improved 5kg(11 lbs). Maybe last week 15*1 exercise was served, but I can`t understand how so lightweight and simple exercise could give results..? I asked one research group member that why this exercise take so long(more than 90minutes) and how over 1 hour exercise impress hormone levels. He was said that it does not effect at all, because hormone levels varies anyhow whole day..

maximum force research..

Yesterday lab exercise I did 15*1 sets maximum load. It was very nice exercise although I don`t like that they took four blood test again. I am a little scared what other people think as my  arms arterys look like a junkie  arms.. My preparation before exercise go off because I drunk coffee and water like normal day, but I don`t wrote this on my diet diary and now I have a little bad conscience..:( I have next lab exercise on next Thursday and then I will preparation better than yesterday.

I don`t know how yesterday exercise went, because my legs is not anything painful. I think whole yesterday exercise that this is so easy when every 1 rep set past I had three minutes rest. I dont know how powerful method it is when do 15*1 and 3 minutes rest..

Yesterday I had first real training in lab and I can tell it`s so hard.. First of all we have really tight rules what we (test group) could eat and drink. We can`t drink coffee 24h before exercise and we can drink water only 0.5 liter last four hours before exercise. Training intrinsically was hard although I did only 5*10 sets but these sets made totally tiredness until. My feeling after these sets was very awful, because my throat was parched and I had really bad headache. Luckily after exercise someone give me water because I almost lose my awareness..Some doctor took me 4 blood test and 4 lactate samples and now my arms look like a junkie arms..  Next friday I have new test exercise and I will dread this day..

I got today mail where one scientist told that sampling does not hurt.. They will deaden my legs when they take samples.. I can’t understand how I could do   leg exercises when I can’t feel my legs..?

Today research group sent me mail where they tell me that next week I will get diet diary and supplements what I must use.. I’m a little scared because they will take some specimens in my muscles. So first train takes four hours where I do some exercise and they take four specimens..I don’t know how painful this operation is when muscle specimen take..

So yesterday research atleast started.. First what they did for us was that they to tattoo five electrodes places from our right leg, Then we tested how much we have power on our legs. Practically I push some kind of board so hard what I can. And then I tested how much weight I could lift theirs leg press.. Next week is blood test and week 10 research will begin if blood test is clean.. Of course my blood is clean.. One silly thing happened yesterday when I did this leg force test, one doctor said me that you was learned technique very fast..I almost said back that even monkeys can learn simple thing very fast..:)

Today I have first training in laboratory. I take part in a research where university analysis what sort of exercise works on leg training. They take 40 persons test group and half (20 persons) do leg press exercises maximal resistance and other group do lengty sets leg extension exercises. I hope this research give me lot of information how my muscles works. I try share this information what I get in this research. I don`t know can anybody understand what I write in here because my english language skills are very insufficient. If you don`t understand something please ask me and I try explain.
