Suggestions??
I think my weight loss has slowed down to 2 pd a week. I think I have the remedy for this. It might involve changing up my workout a bit and maybe adding a day to my workout. I can’t eat any less, I already already consume only 1150-1300 calories a day. Exams will be over this week and I think I will join 24 hr fitness again so I can try to get at least 3 days of spin classes in (in addition to what I already do). I need to be losing at a 3pds/ week rate till the end of the year and I was going to give myself a little buffer period during Christmas but I don’t think that will be happening.
It is going to be a close one. I wish I will hit 155 by year end. Sign we’ll see. If you have any suggestion PLEASE let me know!!!
