Clean Eating is key
Friday, June 1st, 2007I’m not stupid … I know that for myself its all that Im missing. Its not that I eat completely wrong … cause i eat pretty good all day long and I dont know what it is about after supper… its like the perfect time to cheat. I get cravings and its horrible. Anyway, after victoria day, last tuesday I weighed 172. As of today.. 10 days later I am at 166. This is all done by clean eating and working out of course. But my workouts are not the problem … i mean there could always be more cardio… but frankly I know its the nutrition. Now my goal weight for the summer was 160.. which is somewhere I havnt been in 3 years so that would be nice. Now when in HS I weighed 151-155 but I dont have the muscle mass I have now. I fear that by going to that weight i may look a little too manly. But I shall take this one day at a time.
