AdvoCare is the best system for muscle production and testerone stimulation I have ever used. Already after a few weeks of use, I feel fuller and harder than I ever have. What took me about 7-10 years to figure out what to use, when to use, and most importantly why you use, is all figured out for you. Below you will see a timeline on how to use the Peformance Elite system. Nikoli Volkov (Russian Scientist, father of creatine) is one of the masterminds behind the system. I was using a very similar system that I figured out on my own, but it was different companies products and not near the quality.

Right now, this is exactly what I am taking except for a few minor diferences. For the morning, I am taking the Metbaolic Nutrition System Max Energy (it has the coreplex vitamin and omegaplex in it with many others), also i’m using the spark energy drink, but with the V16 (Volkov’s new formula), this is awesome mixed together. The only other difference is that I use two Post-Workout Recovery Shakes after workout and the chocolate honey peanut Protein Plus bar before so I have a little protein on my stomach as I workout.

Month of (10/1/05-207) 10/31/2005-206) <em />

Diet- Monday-Sunday
6:30 a.m.- 40 minutes on the Treadmill (15 min. backwards)

1 MNS Max Energy pack, ThermoPlus, Catalyst -
7:00 a.m.- 5 hard-boiled egg whites and 2 yolk,
(Coreplex, 4 OmegaPlex)
Slow mornings combo green tea and
Spark Energy Drink Mix.

10:00-10:30a.m.- 1/2 Chocolate Honey Peanut Protein Plus, Berry  Crunch breakfast, or Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement bars

1 MNS Max Energy pack ThermoPlus, Catalyst on empty stomach
12:00pm- 1 can of tuna, or 1 can of pink salmon with two crackers
(Coreplex, 5 OmegaPlex)

3:00p.m.-Lifting days - 1 chocolate honey peanut Protein Plus bar, 1 packet of Spark with 1 Caffeine free V16 Effervescent Packet
(V16 Energy packet,  3 O2 Gold, 3 Pro-Motion, 3 Muscle Strength, 3 Catalyst
Non-lifting days 1/2 Berry Breakfast bar or chocolate peanut butter Meal Replacement Bar

5:00p.m.-Lifting days- 1 pack of chocolate Post-Workout Recovery Mix, 2 scoops of
Fruit Punch ReHydrate.

6:30 p.m.- 40-60 minutes on the Bike/Bowflex (see below)

6:00-7:00p.m-Dinner- Can be a variety of things, also, you can mix and match as long as you have one protein, one carb, one fruit, and one vegetable, and 1/2 bag  of ready made salad.
Following are some examples:
1. 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of rice, serving of fruit and veggies
2. 2 low-fat fish fillets, baked potato, serving of fruit and veggies
3. 1 can of tuna or chicken, bowl of salad, serving of fruit and veggies
4. 4oz of 4ean beef and noodles or 2 slices of wheat bread.
5. 2 Buffalo burgers (Costco), 2 slices FF cheese/salad or slice wheat or whole grain.

9:00 - Late Snack-a few handfuls of soynuts, 1 chocolate peanut butter Meal Replacement bar or light popcorn.
Also, a great snack is broccoli with a little peanut butter on it.

10:00 - 4 Nighttime Recovery pills /4 ZZZ pills
