I have set out this year to really drop my fat % and do it through "tiny changes". These tiny changes will be simple lifestyle improvements / adjustments - taking away bad habits / adding good habits and trying to be aware of how they affect my lifestyle.

How have things been going so far? well - If this were a class I would give myself a D. I have missed the gym 14 times in the last month. All of these missed workouts were due
to different reasons and lame excuses.
I could have found a way to make it but, I didn’t. It was easier to put it off and tell myself I would make it a different day that week.

WHAT TO DO?
Starting last night I made a deal with the wife.
My goal is entails working out 4 times a week, if I miss a workout I will pay her $10 - it’s a deal! She loves it, and will enjoy rubbing any money I give to her in my face.

I’m confident this will help.
If I still end up missing workouts I may have to increase the $$ until it stings.
