cheated…3’s a crowd….legend

had a large steak dinner tonight, fries, a fried egg, and a small salad……and 2 large glasses of coke….my first cheat meal of 2 weeks, i feel bad that i let myself go, because i have been so strict! also i’m a little worried because my first fortnightly weigh in, measurements and photo! will have to do extra cardio tomorrow i think, really hope i havent screwed it up! that’ll really knock my confidence……

had an awesome shoulder work out today, really felt good, my legs were still to sore from fridays leg workout, had a 1hr swim to stretch them out saturday.

 A good buddy of mine has started back at the gym today, felt a little bad that i didn’t train with him today as i trained with my gym buddy of 1 year, 3’s a crowd but i want him to train with me! were see how it ends up! ( oh and i made a bet with him…..which was if he comes back to the gym in 2008 i’ll quit smoking!) damn it

o and watched i am legend tonight, damn will smith looks good for 40 plus, movie was okish, not as good as 28 days later!

protein farts, wind, letting one go, popping one off, making a smell

wow, i have wind all the time nearing the end of the second week due to the increase in my protein, it gets worse after the gym in the evening it seems, luckily it stops before i get in bed with my girlfriend otherwise i’m sure ill be in the spare room or the sofa! even my cats look at me funny! hope it calms down a bit!! otherwise its going be a windy winter!

friday morning 1st week

first week has gone great, stuck to my diet, done are my cardio and weight training so far, stayed up a little late last night on Thursday night(last night) AND MAN I FEEL TIRED THIS MORNING! i feel like rising living dead, i mean ive laid in like 2.5 hours extra but what a difference!mabe me body needed a rest after all that hard work!  i’m off to the gym in a while for some cardio so i hope that wakes me up time for breakfast!

smoking 20 a day

i have smoked 20 cigarettes a day since i was 15, thats 10 years thats roughly 73000 cigs (OMG), i’ve just started my transformation and the strict training and the strict dieting i am enjoying, but to be honest i use smoking as part of my diet, instead of being hungry i’ll light up, i feel bad having a good workout getting in the car and lighting a tab! I’m just worried if i quit my hunger will get the better of me, make me go back down the junk food route and my training will be affected!! i work outside all day with around 10 other guys that nearly all smoke so……its sounds like I’m making excuses but after 10 years and my whole family smokes its giving up something ( i hate to admit) THAT I REALLY ENJOY!!!! i think to start i’ll try and cut down! my best attempt at quiting was 2years ago and that was six months.
