back on track
i just got back from the gym where i weighed myself before i worked out…..and……oh yes, i’m back on track! the 4 pounds i put on on hols has gone and an extra 2.6 pounds, 6.6 in 2 weeks, very happy!!! i haven’t changed my diet at all just increased my cardio. Didn’t think i had done before i went to the gym but it was a great surprise and made me have a killer run after! Just waiting for my dinner to cook so i thought i would do a quick post, mmmmmmm salmon.
measurements later tonight if i can convince my girl to give me a hand.
o i noticed tonight that my gym is getting really busy loads of new members, were have to see if it gets to busy.
