daily intake off calories including protein shakes is around 2000 (fish oils and multi vitamins every morning)
thinking off getting lipo 6 (has anybody used this with good results?)for a fast fat burner and energy, some testosterone booster, and loading creatine as well? gotta wait till the end of month for pay day (dont we all)
had another great shoulder workout today, pushing myself more, need to improve on my cardio sessions they only lasting 20 mins on each machine, but…i’m making up for that with swimming…want to see good results at my next weigh in, measurements and photo day!
going to gran canaria in spain for a holiday in march so thats my first goal to have lost some good weight and body fat, i’m thinking my second goal is another 3months to have some professional photos taken!!! i’ll book it the day i get back off holiday so theres no backing out!
going have to shave the man hair off i think, lol
going to increase my training harder and harder, want this coming week to be the best so far, didnt train my legs last week as i had a day off, so i have to make up for it!
