note to self, sort yourself out, why are you not training as regular, why are you not doing your cardio?, why are you not following your nutrition? why have u stared smoking again……stop being a loser and start winning again or your go back to how you were last year(not happy) YOUR GETTING MARRIED IN AUGUST 1ST 2009…..YOU NEED TO LOOK YOUR BEST…..dont do it half hearted as you have been for the last 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!

perfume and aftershave for a workout!!

i just got back from the gym, and the lady on the treadmill next to me really really really put me off my stride, she stank of cheap perfume, not a nice smell just suck in my throat, i just got to my max heart rate and she got on the runner next to me, i couldn’t help but cough so i ended the machine and got on another! i understand anti perspirant with a tiny fragance to it, but this takes it a little to far, everyone likes to look good fashion wise but do you really need to smell off cheap perfume!!!!! i know i wouldn’t put any aftershave on just to sweat it all off. i’ll be avoiding that girl next time. Has anyone else noticed this in their gym?

back on track

i just got back from the gym where i weighed myself before i worked out…..and……oh yes, i’m back on track! the 4 pounds i put on on hols has gone and an extra 2.6 pounds, 6.6 in 2 weeks, very happy!!! i haven’t changed my diet at all just increased my cardio. Didn’t think i had done before i went to the gym but it was a great surprise and made me have a killer run after! Just waiting for my dinner to cook so i thought i would do a quick post, mmmmmmm salmon.

measurements later tonight if i can convince my girl to give me a hand.

o i noticed tonight that my gym is getting really busy loads of new members, were have to see if it gets to busy.

4 pounds!!! thanks holiday

just got back from my hols to spain, gran canriea, we stayed in a really nice german hotel! the food was amazing, to amazing, i could of easily stayed on track but the deserts were to tempting!! and the 2 course breakfast!

any way put on 4 pounds, its sucks but has given me a kick start after a week off, and i got a sweet tan!

gotta set a date for a photoshoot, going give my self 4 or 5 months, anyone got any good advice??

think i might nedd to supplement more??????

daily intake off calories including protein shakes is around 2000 (fish oils and multi vitamins every morning)

thinking off getting lipo 6 (has anybody used this with good results?)for a fast fat burner and energy, some testosterone booster, and loading creatine as well? gotta wait till the end of month for pay day (dont we all)
had another great shoulder workout today, pushing myself more, need to improve on my cardio sessions they only lasting 20 mins on each machine, but…i’m making up for that with swimming…want to see good results at my next weigh in, measurements and photo day!

going to gran canaria in spain for a holiday in march so thats my first goal to have lost some good weight and body fat, i’m thinking my second goal is another 3months to have some professional photos taken!!! i’ll book it the day i get back off holiday so theres no backing out!

going have to shave the man hair off i think, lol

going to increase my training harder and harder, want this coming week to be the best so far, didnt train my legs last week as i had a day off, so i have to make up for it!

cheated…3’s a crowd….legend

had a large steak dinner tonight, fries, a fried egg, and a small salad……and 2 large glasses of coke….my first cheat meal of 2 weeks, i feel bad that i let myself go, because i have been so strict! also i’m a little worried because my first fortnightly weigh in, measurements and photo! will have to do extra cardio tomorrow i think, really hope i havent screwed it up! that’ll really knock my confidence……

had an awesome shoulder work out today, really felt good, my legs were still to sore from fridays leg workout, had a 1hr swim to stretch them out saturday.

 A good buddy of mine has started back at the gym today, felt a little bad that i didn’t train with him today as i trained with my gym buddy of 1 year, 3’s a crowd but i want him to train with me! were see how it ends up! ( oh and i made a bet with him…..which was if he comes back to the gym in 2008 i’ll quit smoking!) damn it

o and watched i am legend tonight, damn will smith looks good for 40 plus, movie was okish, not as good as 28 days later!

swim and a long run tomorrow
