Every morning my son and daughter start their day making a protein shake with daddy. They love it! And whey protein is great for their growth and their immune systems.

That is awesome! Tae and I shared a Muscle Milk Light this morning. I’m not the biggest fan of the Light, but Tae doesn’t seem to mind… he just loves his protein!
That is fantastic! I wish more people would start their kids day like that instead of with a bowl of some sugary cereal. And what an awesome way to bond with your child. Kudos to you!
After I work out at the gym and pick gman from the kids club. He always stills my protein shake I have to guard it with my life. He loves it he can’t go with out it. Now, I just pack two one for him and one for me.
Good for you Ryan. I hadn’t actually thought about that one… I will give it a try. On a side note I do have to say that the kids do like my protein bars. Now that’s sayin’ something. Ha ha!
