Finished Week 1 and lost 1 lb. Feel Great. Really watching my sugar intake. So far so good.
Took supplements today with a Greek Yogurt and did workout 1/2 hour later. Felt lightheaded after 15 mins. and then queasy to my stomach. Had to sit in between sets to keep going. Heart rate seemed fast for a while too. I think I better take them after the workout with more food to see how that affects me. Still pushed through the workout (legs) but didn't feel good till I ate again.
Got a great start to the 12 Week Transformation Challenge! Am excited to push the limits to my dedication to this plan. I want to break old habits and form good new ones that will last a lifetime. It's time to get myself in the best shape of my life and sustain a fit lifestyle. I'm so encouraged by others on this journey too. Thanks to Jamie Eason for being such an inspiration and showing the way. I love her training plan and her attitude!
